A Chevy in Need

Kimberley Kogiones

My mom & I are 85, 62 respectively. We have a 2002 Caravan now falling apart. Due to fixed incomes it’s very difficult to afford new/used. Mom must go to doctors, now me too. The compressor is out, I can’t take her in heat. I must worry if it will start wherever I am, it delays and if the speedometer will come up. As a result, we dont go as often as we should. Mom’s in no shape to take a bus. I have a granddaughter 12, who is a 7 yr. cancer survivor and joy to us, & am now afraid to take her to Taco Bell she loves or the store when she visits from IN. Our lives are upside down from this, and it’s
constant worry what’s next. We have no one to ask for help getting around if groceries or necessities are needed. It would be the biggest Christmas blessing and change our lives greatly! Thank you!
