Help a Veteran

Bernard lost his mother at a very early age and has overcome obstacles ever since. He is a Navy Veteran and has struggled with stability since his enlistment. He is on to an upward trajectory, finally securing employment, housing, and being a positive voice to others. A car would lessen his 2 hour commute to work and give him the ability to travel more and serve more.
