My daughter needs a car

My daughter is a mother of two and is struggling trying to find balance family and work. She bought a used car and it was a lemon and they want her to pay for repairs, and now her struggles are trying to get back and forth to work. Even to the extent of asking for rides on social networks, which is dangerous. Please help her.
