Dear Sir or Madame:
I am writing on behalf of Jeff and Linda Schmitt. They are unaware of this submission.
I have watched them walk their life’s journey with integrity and softness of heart towards God and others.
They attend their church-more than forty-five years, and serve regardless of financial struggles and health hardships.
Jeff, diagnosed with bi-polar disorder has never used this as an excuse to shrug his family commitment. He was the sole source of income. Additional health issues surfaced.
Hereditary heart disease caused three heart attacks and eight stint insertions. Three back surgeries and the complication of balancing medication interactions kept Linda home as caregiver. She cares for her aging mother, and grandchildren too.
Jeff suffered hearing loss. Hearing aids, medical bills, and costly monthly prescriptions required them to re-finance their home.
Desperately needing income, Linda decided to leave Jeff at home alone after a recent back surgery and heart attack to be employed part-time delivering for a local florist.
It seemed Linda’s job would assist with monthly debt, but just as they were planning to make their last loan payment on their aging car it broke down for the fifth time this year.
Please consider them.
