Single mom in need of car

I’m a mom of 3, and looking for work. My car was taken from my home and the person “had a seizure” and hit 2 homes and 2 trees totaling my vehicle. The car was a gift from my mom 3 years ago for my birthday and the loss of it has affected my job as well as other duties as a parent.
