Totaled Chevy Cruze

I am signing up on behalf of my mother who recently had her 2017 Chevy Cruze Totaled. It was payed off earlier in the year. She is also currently unemployed and may either return to the workforce or go into retirement. Money is tight and affording another vehicle will prove difficult. If she won the vehicle she would be able to return to the workforce, and help give rides to other family members who are not able to drive themselves.
